Charles Sturt University (CSU) Work Exposure Program
July 3 2012
Nineteen Students from Charles Sturt University (Australia) visited the Philippines for two weeks in July 2012 for a Business Exposure Program. The aim of the program was to establish strong ties between Business Partners and Students and to create a long term relationship between the two countries and thus to promote Philippines - Australian relations.
Students worked in various organisations (members and friends of PABC) to expose themselves on how the work is done in their respective fields in the Philippines. Their backgrounds included Accounting, IT, Management, Business and even Photography. From the program the students realised the importance of multicultural communication in foreign countries and applied skills to overcome this.
The students also visited Batangas City for three days.
Students felt that they gained alot of knowledge and experience from the program and were extremely grateful to the PABC to the program that they had provided.
